Minimum Booking Hours
i. 12 hours for Coaches, (Volvo, Luxury Coach, Tempo Traveller, Innova Crysta & Innova)
ii. 10 hours for other smaller category of vehicles ( luxury Cars Tavera, Bolero, Dzire etc.)
Night Halt Charges (10PM to 6AM) if vehicle does not move.
i. Rs. 500/- for Volvo, Luxury Coach, & Mini Coach (20 seater & above)
ii. Rs. 400/- for mini- coach less than 20 seater, Luxury cars (Mercedes & Audi)
iii. Rs. 200/- for other category of vehicles such as Innova, Crysta, Scorpio, Tavera, Bolero, Honda City, Ciaz, Dzire etc
iv. For major event ( where vehicle rquirement is more than 100 per day), minimum billing shall be for 16 hour/day.
v. For detention charges average speed shall be considered
– 40 k.m./ hour for coaches & mini coaches
– 50 k.m./ hour for SUV’s & small categories of Vehicles.
Billing Procedure
i. Local charges (hourly basis) if vehicle cover below 200 km. per day.
ii. K.M. basis charges of vehicle covers above 200 km per day.
