Day 01-: BAGDOGRA DOMESTIC AIRPORT (IXB) - DARJEELING (80 KM / 03 HR) (1250 M - 4100 FT.)

Day 01: On arrival, you will be invited by our delegate of Inventive India Tours at Bagdogra Domestic Airport to help you with your baggage and transfer to Darjeeling - 'The Queen of Hills'. On the way, you'll see lovely tea gardens. Pass through a variety of small shops owned by the local people. Witness the innocent smiling faces of kids and children. The hilly terrain, picturesque landscapes, and nature's excellence consolidate together to make your experience simply out of this world. Darjeeling, the ruler of all slope stations, is also the "Fantasyland of the East," popular for its characteristic magnificence, clean outside air, year-round pleasant climate, and most of all, tea bequests and the acclaimed Darjeeling Tea. Darjeeling is derived from the words Dorje (Thunderbolt) and Ling (Place).Darjeeling, one of India's most prominent hill stations, is strategically important due to its proximity to Nepal and Bhutan's outskirts. The slope station has been promoted since the days of British tenure. At the beginning of summer, the Viceroys of India would move to Darjeeling. Covering a zone of 1,200 square miles and encompassed by the Himalayan tops, it is an interesting spot rich in characteristic magnificence. Day 02-DARJEELING - TIGER HILL - SIGHTSEEING - DARJEELING (20 KM / 58 MIN:) (2590 M - 8482 FT.)
DARJEELING - TIGER HILL - SIGHTSEEING - DARJEELING (20 KM / 58 MIN:) (2590 M - 8482 FT.) In the early morning (at 4:00 a.m.), you will visit Tiger Hill. The main beams of the sun shoot ahead and shed light on the twin tops of Kanchenjunga, painting them pink and later showering them in a lovely orange shade. From Tiger Hill, Mount Everest (8848 m) is simply unmistakable, peeping out through two different summits remaining by its side. Makalu (8481 m) looks higher than Mt. Everest, owing to the bend in the skyline, as it is a few miles closer than Everest. On your way back, you will see Ghoom Monastery, which is the famous name of Yiga Choeling Monastery spotted at Ghum at a height of 8,000 feet. The cloister takes after the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism. There is a 15-foot-high statue of "Maitreya Buddha" (the Coming Buddha) in the monastery. It contains pictures of Buddha's supporters, Chenrezi and Chongapa. Close by, you will visit Batasia Loop, a winding track made to bring down the slope of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway in the Darjeeling region of West Bengal, India. Right now, the track spirals around over itself through a shaft and over a ridge. It was appointed in 1919. Your final stop will be at the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center, which was set up in Lebong and is known as Hermitage by regional standards. It started on October 2, 1959. In 1959, trusts raised from neighbourhood philanthropy prompted the beginning of this core by Mr. Gyalo Thondup. DARJEELING - MIRIK (EXCURSION TRIP) - DARJEELING (32 KM / 1 1/2 HR) (1495 M - 4905 FT.) Following breakfast, you will depart on an excursion to Mirik. The drive is on a scenic road with infrequent stoppages for photography. Mirik is focused around Sumendu Lake and is known for its landscaped gardens, tea gardens, orange plantations, cardamom groves, and spectacular views of the Himalayan ranges. A day-long excursion tour of Mirik Lake's horseback riding and boating facilities is available. You may experience it. This high-altitude lake is worth visiting. In transit back to Darjeeling, you will visit Pashupati Nagar Market. Stay in Darjeeling for the night.
